Home Staging
Do you have a home that you are trying to sell in this not so easy housing market? Have you tried just about everything that you can think of and it's still not selling? We may have the answer for you! It's difficult to know what makes a buyer decide to make an offer an a house from a seller's perspective. Many times the seller doesn't have the time to make changes on the house in the midst of everything it requires to move! That's where we come in. Even though we are primarily an art gallery, we also work with you on all of the other aspects of renovation. This includes: sinks, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, flooring, doors, windows, drapery and more. Kemper Galleries works closely with painters and installers to help with the improvements. RMG Engineers is the primary engineering company that we work with throughout the project to make sure everything is to code and is structurally accurate.
